2.1 Booking Terms: Our Website provides information on different types of desert safari tours. Bookings can be made on a “Book Now, Pay Later” basis. Payments are due after booking and can be made via direct bank transfer, cash on driver arrival, or other available payment methods such as credit cards.

2.2 Payments: All prices mentioned on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all taxes. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, bank transfers, and credit cards.

2.3 Pricing & Amendments: All prices are on a sharing basis. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to alter or amend the tour itinerary, which may affect the pricing of our services.

2.4 Child Policy: Children under 3 years old are free. The pricing structure applies to children ages 3 to 10. Children under four years of age are welcomed free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.

2.5 Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Full refunds will be provided for advance payments.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • If your booking is canceled due to a reason beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or government mandates, we will notify you 24 hours before the tour date. A full refund will be issued for any advance payments. We are not responsible for any additional benefits under such circumstances but may offer to reschedule the service for another date.

3. Tour Conditions

3.1 Licensed Vehicles: All our vehicles, such as 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers or equivalents, can accommodate a maximum of seven passengers, promoting comfort and security. Each vehicle is equipped with secure seat belts and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable ride.

3.2 Vehicle Allocation: Depending on the number of clients and their specific requirements, we may utilize a saloon car, a seven-seater, a four-seater, a small bus, or a coach for the tours.

3.3 Company Rights: We reserve the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or government mandates. Alternatives will be arranged by rescheduling the tour or altering the itinerary.

3.4 Religious Observance: Certain activities may be restricted during the Holy month of Ramadan and Islamic Public holidays. Please check our Website for details during these periods.

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of Liability: Hawk Tours Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our overall liability shall not exceed the original value of the booking at which the loss occurred.

4.3 Personal Belongings: Our guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings like phones and cameras. Hawk Tours Dubai shall not be liable for any damage caused to personal belongings.
